Emma’s background comes from working as a Senior Business Analyst for Medicare Australia for over 8 years before moving to Caloundra where she held the position of Business Analyst at the Sunshine Coast Regional Council for 2 years.

In 2012 Emma opened her own boutique in Caloundra which she owned and operated for over 11 years giving her in depth experience in the area of small business.

Emma is passionate about providing excellent customer service, has a strong attention to detail, enjoys problem solving and is looking forward to assisting clients and supporting the team at Initiative.
