Kim joined Initiative Group in 2007 and became a Director in 2012. As a fully qualified Chartered Accountant Kim understands where business owners need to focus to maintain their competitive advantage and market share.
During her career, Kim has acquired the experience and knowledge necessary to deliver specialist taxation and business advice to an extensive range of clients. She has developed a finely tuned focus and proficiency in the particular needs of entrepreneurial family owned groups especially in the areas of taxation, business restructuring and superannuation.
It is this broad experience that has allowed Kim to become well versed in all facets of taxation and business advice. Kim’s industry knowledge has allowed her to work closely with a number of her clients to establish self managed superannuation funds, create and implement effective succession planning options and provide real growth strategies.
